Dressage Winnipeg awarded 2 scholarships of $250 to junior and adult amateur riders in the 2019 show season! No scholarships awarded in 2020 due to Covid 19
Dressage Winnipeg is offering 6 scholarships of $250 to Dressage Winnipeg junior and senior members in the 2022 show season Scholarship Categories Scholarships will be awarded to riders in each of the following age categories: *NOTE – age category recipients may change depending on the number of successful applicants in each category 2 scholarships will be awarded to riders 13 and under 2 scholarships will be awarded to riders 14-17 2 scholarship will be awarded to riders 18+
Dressage Winnipeg is pleased to offer two travel grants of up to $750 in 2022 to Dressage Winnipeg members who compete out of province in a CDI ranked class. In order to qualify for a travel grant, riders must meet the following criteria:
Be a current Dressage Winnipeg member
Been a Dressage Winnipeg member in 2020
Have successfully competed out of the province of Manitoba between January 1st 2022 and September 30th, 2022
Competed in a CDI level class at the competition out of Manitoba
Applications for the travel grant may be submitted before or after the completion of the competition between January 1st, 2022 and September 30th, 2022. Following the completion of the competition, riders must submit a proof of participation in the form of a copy of the front of a test from that competition. A short biography about the rider, their past achievements and future goals must also be submitted. Travel grants will be awarded to successful applicants at the 2022 Dressage Winnipeg Awards Banquet.
